  • Proof of Purchase: Keep your original order number, invoice number, or receipt.

  • Inspection Timeframe: Report any issues, including transit damage, within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition: Returns must be in original, unopened, and unused condition unless deemed faulty.

  • Timeframe: Initiate returns within 14 days of delivery, except for warranty claims.

Warranty Policy

  • Standard Warranty: 1-year warranty on all equipment covering defects or manufacturing faults.

  • Extended Warranty: Available for an additional fee; terms provided separately.

  • Inspection Requirement: Items must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery, and any faults reported immediately.

  • Exclusions: Misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, natural disasters, and normal wear and tear.

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping items to our repair centre is at the customer’s expense.

  • Covered Shipping: Return shipping within Australia is covered for repaired or replaced equipment.
